Croft Cottage is a charming, traditional West Highland cottage in the village of Onich, 10 miles south of Fort William. This cottage is perfectly located close to the shores of Loch Linnhe (pictured) and the magical mountains of Glencoe. This beautifully presented cottage is ideally positioned just off the main A82 route through the West Highlands making it an ideal base for discovering this stunning part of Scotland, famous for its dramatic scenery, spectacular castles, rugged coast, nearby islands and abundant wildlife.
This base provides easy access in all directions, including further west to the Isle of Mull via the Corran Ferry (2 miles north), a few minutes on the ferry then across the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, to take a second ferry (about 15 minutes) from Lochaline to Fishnish on the Isle of Mull. From Mull, you can visit the smaller islands of Iona and Ulva.

Croft Cottage is also an ideal base for walking and cycling. It is adjacent to National Cycle Route 78, The Caledonia Way, and your bikes can go in the lockable bike store when not in use. You only need to walk 2 miles along the footpath in front of the house to the Waterfalls at Inchree (pictured).
